Does Auntie Q Egg contain preservatives?
沒有額外添加任何防腐劑。我們的 SGS 檢驗報告顯示，12 項常見防腐劑中有 11 項完全未檢出；唯一檢出的苯甲酸（0.07 g/kg）來自醬油天然成分（醬油發酵過程會自然產生微量苯甲酸），含量僅為法規限量的 1/10，完全安全合法。
No preservatives are added. Our SGS test showed 11 out of 12 common preservatives were not detected. The trace benzoic acid (0.07 g/kg) comes naturally from soy sauce fermentation — only 1/10 of the legal limit. Completely safe and compliant.

因為我們不加防腐劑。阿姨Q蛋全程冷藏（4°C 以下）保存，製造後 14 天內風味最佳。短保存期 = 新鮮、真實、無添加。
且我們已通過 SGS 14 天保存試驗（報告 AVA26402689）：模擬完整冷藏保存週期至 Day 13，微生物三項（沙門氏桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、李斯特菌）仍全部陰性，安心無虞。

因為阿姨Q蛋是純手工滷製，每顆重量會在 42-48 公克之間（約 45g，誤差約 ±7%）。這是手工製作的自然差異，也是我們堅持不用機械量產的原因——就是要保留那份「家裡阿姨滷的」真實感。
Because each egg is hand-braised. Weight naturally varies between 42-48g (avg 45g, ±7%). This is proof of our handmade craft — we refuse factory production to keep that authentic "made-by-Auntie" feel.

How many calories per egg?
一顆（約 45g）約 91 大卡，蛋白質 7.3 公克，是優質蛋白質來源。0 反式脂肪，適合當作下午茶、便當配菜或健身補充蛋白質。
One egg (~45g) contains ~91 kcal with 7.3g protein. Zero trans fat. Great for afternoon snacks, lunch sides, or post-workout protein.
鈉含量會不會太高？
Is the sodium too high?
每顆鈉含量約 244 毫克，佔每日建議攝取量（2,400 毫克）的 10%。屬於滷製品的合理範圍，建議搭配清淡配菜食用即可。
Each egg contains ~244mg sodium (10% of daily recommended intake of 2,400mg). Normal for braised foods — pair with light side dishes.
小朋友可以吃嗎？

阿姨Q蛋通過 SGS 食品微生物三項檢驗，食品安全無虞。不過因為是滷製品、鈉含量較高，小朋友建議分次食用（例如一天 1 顆），避免一次攝取過多鈉。
Yes — SGS-certified food safety. However, sodium is relatively high, so limit to about 1 egg per day for children.

收到後請立即放入冰箱冷藏（4°C 以下），於製造日後 14 天內食用完畢。開封後請盡早食用以保風味。
Refrigerate immediately upon arrival (below 4°C). Consume within 14 days of production date. Best enjoyed soon after opening.
可以冷凍保存嗎？
Can I freeze them?
不建議冷凍。冷凍會破壞蛋白的 Q 彈口感，解凍後風味會明顯下降。建議 14 天內冷藏食用完畢。
Not recommended. Freezing ruins the chewy texture and flavor. Refrigerate and eat within 14 days.
可以寄送海外嗎？
Can you ship internationally?
目前僅提供台灣本島配送。海外觀光客可聯繫我們安排旅館或機場自取服務。
Currently Taiwan domestic shipping only. International tourists can contact us for hotel/airport pickup options.
