安緹國際有限公司（以下簡稱「本公司」、「阿姨Q蛋」或「我們」）非常重視您的個人資料。本政策說明我們在 ayiegg.tw、ayiegg.com、ayiegg.easy.co 及相關電商平台、LINE 官方帳號等所有服務通路（以下合稱「本服務」）所蒐集、處理及利用您個人資料的方式。請您詳閱本政策；於使用本服務時，即視為您已同意本政策內容。

Antie International Co., Ltd. ("we", "our", or "Auntie Q Egg") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, and use your personal data when you visit ayiegg.tw / ayiegg.com / ayiegg.easy.co, our LINE Official Account, and any related services. By using our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

一、適用範圍 / Scope

本政策適用於本公司透過官網、EasyStore 商店、LINE 官方帳號、電子郵件、客服電話及實體活動所蒐集之個人資料。本政策不適用於連結至本網站之第三方網站或廣告，您點選離開本網站後，請另行確認該等網站之隱私政策。

This policy applies to data collected via our website, online store, LINE OA, email, customer service phone, and offline events. It does not cover third-party websites linked from our services.

二、個人資料蒐集之目的、類別與利用範圍 / Purpose, Categories & Use of Personal Data

依《個人資料保護法》施行細則之特定目的代碼：

蒐集之資料類別 / Categories

  • 辨識個人者：姓名、收件人姓名、身分證字號（限發票需要時）。
  • 辨識財務者：信用卡號末四碼、銀行帳號（限退款使用）。
  • 連絡方式：手機號碼、市內電話、Email、收件地址、LINE ID。
  • 交易紀錄：訂單明細、付款紀錄、發票統一編號與抬頭、配送紀錄。
  • 網路使用：IP 位址、瀏覽器類型、裝置資訊、Cookie、瀏覽紀錄、停留時間。
  • 客戶服務：客服往來訊息、Email 通信、LINE 對話紀錄。

利用範圍 / Use of Data

  • 處理訂單、安排製作、配送、開立電子發票、提供售後服務。
  • 處理退換貨、退款、消費爭議與客訴。
  • 寄送出貨通知、訂單更新、會員專屬優惠、活動訊息。
  • 改善網站功能、商品研發、個人化推薦、行銷成效分析。
  • 配合主管機關依法之調查、行政或司法要求。

We collect identification, contact, transaction, and online usage data to fulfill orders, deliver products, issue invoices, provide customer service, send marketing communications, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.

三、個人資料利用之地區、對象、期間 / Region, Recipients, Retention

  • 地區：台灣境內，以及為履行訂單所必要之物流、金流第三方服務商所在地。
  • 對象：除本公司外，為履行服務所必要之合作廠商，包括：物流業者（黑貓宅急便、新竹物流、超商取貨等）、金流業者（綠界 ECPay、藍新 Newebpay、LINE Pay、信用卡收單行）、電商平台（EasyStore）、發票服務商、雲端託管、Email 與 SMS 簡訊服務商、主管機關（依法律規定）。
  • 期間：自蒐集之日起，至蒐集目的消失或本公司停止營運之日止；發票、會計憑證依稅法保存 5 年；其他依《個資法》及相關法令規定辦理。

Data is used in Taiwan and the regions of our service providers. Recipients are limited to those necessary for order fulfillment and legal compliance. Retention follows applicable Taiwanese law (e.g., 5 years for invoices).

四、Cookie 與類似技術 / Cookies and Similar Technologies

本網站使用 Cookie 及類似技術以提供購物車、會員登入、網站分析（Google Analytics）、廣告再行銷（Meta Pixel、LINE LAP 等）、客服聊天功能。您可隨時於瀏覽器設定中拒絕 Cookie，但部分功能（如購物車、登入狀態）可能無法正常使用。

本公司於提供服務過程中可能委託下列第三方處理您的個人資料，所有處理者均依《個資法》簽訂保密義務：

  • EasyStore（電商平台）— 商店架設與訂單系統
  • 綠界 ECPay / 藍新 Newebpay（金流）— 信用卡、ATM、超商代碼處理
  • LINE Pay（金流）— LINE Pay 付款處理
  • Google（分析、雲端）— Google Analytics、Google 服務
  • Meta（廣告）— Facebook / Instagram 廣告與再行銷
  • LINE Corporation（通訊與廣告）— LINE 官方帳號、LAP 廣告
  • 電子發票加值服務商 — 開立、傳輸電子發票

We engage trusted processors for hosting, payments, analytics, advertising, and e-invoicing. All are bound by confidentiality obligations under Taiwan's PDPA.

六、您對個人資料之權利 / Your Rights

依《個人資料保護法》第 3 條，您就本公司保有之個人資料得行使下列權利：

  1. 查詢或請求閱覽。
  2. 請求製給複製本。
  3. 請求補充或更正。
  4. 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用。
  5. 請求刪除。

行使方式：請以 Email（good@ayiegg.tw）並檢附身分證明文件之影本，或登入會員後於「我的帳戶」自行修改／申請刪除。本公司於收到請求後，將於 30 日內回覆。依法本公司處理上述申請可能酌收必要成本費用。若您拒絕提供必要之個人資料，本公司可能因此無法提供完整服務。

You may request access, correction, deletion, or stop processing of your data via good@ayiegg.tw with proof of identity. We will respond within 30 days. Reasonable processing fees may apply.

七、行銷訊息退訂 / Opting Out of Marketing

  • Email 行銷：點擊每封行銷信末「取消訂閱」連結。
  • LINE 訊息：封鎖本官方帳號或解除好友。
  • 簡訊：依簡訊指示退訂或來信告知。

訂單通知、出貨通知、退款通知等交易類訊息為履行契約之必要訊息，恕無法退訂。

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails, block our LINE OA, or opt out of SMS at any time. Transactional messages cannot be opted out as they are contractually necessary.

八、未成年人之保護 / Minors

未滿 18 歲之未成年人，於使用本服務前應取得法定代理人同意。本公司不主動向未滿 13 歲兒童蒐集個人資料；若不慎蒐集，將於知悉後立即刪除。

Minors under 18 must obtain parental consent before using our services. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

九、資料安全 / Data Security

本公司採用業界標準之安全措施保護您的個人資料，包括 SSL／TLS 加密傳輸、信用卡資訊由具國際 PCI-DSS 認證之金流業者處理（本公司不留存完整卡號）、伺服器存取控管、員工保密義務等。但網路傳輸無法保證 100% 安全，請您妥善保管帳號密碼。

We apply industry-standard safeguards including SSL/TLS encryption, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, access control, and confidentiality agreements with staff.
