Q：商品是現貨嗎？下單後多久會出貨？
Q: Are items in stock? How long until shipment?
我們採「預訂生產」模式，收到訂單後才開始製作，一般約需 3～5 個工作天出貨。連假前後訂單較多，出貨時間可能略延，敬請見諒。
We use a made-to-order model — production starts only after your order is received, typically shipping within 3–5 business days. Holiday seasons may cause slight delays.
Q：保存期限多久？需要冷藏嗎？
Q: What is the shelf life? Do I need to refrigerate?
產品未添加防腐劑，保存期限為製造日起 14 天。收到後請冷藏保存（4°C 以下），開封後建議盡早食用。
No preservatives added. Shelf life is 14 days from production date. Please refrigerate (below 4°C) upon receipt. Consume promptly after opening.

目前僅提供台灣本島及離島配送。海外寄送服務規劃中，歡迎關注我們的最新公告。海外旅客可聯繫我們安排飯店或機場自取服務。
Currently Taiwan domestic shipping only (including outlying islands). International shipping is in planning. Overseas tourists can contact us for hotel or airport pickup.

目前支援信用卡、ATM 轉帳、超商代碼繳費。ATM 轉帳請於下單後 2 個工作天內完成付款，逾期訂單將自動取消。
We accept credit cards, ATM transfer, and convenience store payment. ATM transfers must be completed within 2 business days, or orders will be automatically cancelled.

常溫宅配：台灣本島 $120，離島 $200。冷藏宅配（建議）：台灣本島 $160，離島 $280。單筆訂單滿 $2,000 免運。
Ambient shipping: Taiwan main island NT$120, outlying islands NT$200. Refrigerated shipping (recommended): NT$160 / NT$280. Free shipping on orders over NT$2,000.
